I have been meaning to post these personal photographs of my friend Ewan (also a photographer) in Thailand for a while. We ran into each other in Koh Lanta - as you do. Ewan was there for some diving and was trying out my Ewa waterproof housing to photograph the sealife...I was there for the nightlife :-)

I love this photograph taken by Amanda Pursey a friend of mine, of Ewan and I shooting   the sunset on Railay Beach. I have returned from a month in Thailand and Hong Kong photographing both on land and in the sea. I am uploading images for the next couple of weeks - so have a look at the ASIA GALLERY for the new photographs.

I have shot alot of the images on a pinhole camera using 35mm film - it was great fun and am looking forward to doing alot more photographs like this.

My exhibition at the wonderful Brunel Museum is due to end on the afternoon of 26th Feb 2010. I have a new exhibition planned in June and will post details of that when it is all finalised.

I am in the process of finishing my first book of photographs for the SE16 and SE1 area. Watch this space for more details.

My exhibition has been extended till 7 June and to celebrate the end of it I am selling all the photographs (even first generation prints) at the special prices seen on the website after which they will be increasing by up to 50% in some cases - as there are only a few left of some of the photographs. There are only 30 and in some cases only 5 ever printed of an image and they are going fast since the exhibition.

My 'What thats button for?' Course on 13th June has sold out and it looks like there are limited spaces for the July course. I will be releasing the last 3 dates for 2009 in the next couple of weeks. The course is running monthly at the moment.

Here is an article from The South London Press (22nd May) about the exhibition.

I am having a Private View of my work on 28th May 2009 6pm till 9pm, the venue is 1885 Gallery, at The Camera Club, 16 Bowden Street, Kennington, London SE11 4DS (nearest tube is Kennington, one stop from Waterloo).

I will be showing my fine art and travel photographs similar to the ones featured on this site, as well as my current projects. The latter includes, my movie stills, celebrity portraits and under water portrait photography.

Having got the results back from my survey, thanks to everyone for helping out, I will be running beginner courses on how to use your digital camera (compact and DSLR). I know how confusing and frustrating it can be, when I got my first digital camera  I had to go on a 2 day training course as the manual was the size of the Yellow Pages. These courses will be a taught as a combination of explanitons and practical demonstrations with plenty of time for you to experiment in a relaxed enviroment.

I am running a landscape photography walk, the first one is 27th April and is free for the first 5 people.

I have decided to have an exhibtion of my photographs which starts on the 18th May and runs till 5th June. The venue is The 1885 Gallery at The Camera Club in Vauxhall, london.
